Rachel Grigoryan
LMSW, CAADC

Devine Mind Headshots-03.jpg

Rachel joined Divine Mind Counseling and Consulting in December 2023, bringing with her a wealth of experience from nearly 8 years in practice. Rachel is a graduate of Michigan State University (B.A.) and Grand Valley State University (MSW). She has experience in working with individuals from childhood on up, and currently accepts patients ages 16+. Rachel is trained in treating trauma, women's issues, and working with the LGBTQ+ community. Serving those underserved people who fall outside the typically understood person is her passion. She works with people from all walks of life, but most enjoys connecting with women, LGBTQ+ persons, BIPOC individuals, and those with any sort of "non-traditional" life journey.

Rachel is warm, nurturing, and direct in her therapeutic style. She believes that therapy should be two people solving a problem together, because you are the expert in your own experience. Meeting with Rachel you can count on feeling heard, understood, and accepted for who you are from day one. She cultivates a safe space for growth, change, and healing in her therapeutic practice.

When she's not busy at work, Rachel can be found enjoying Paw Patrol with her toddlers, doing something artsy, enthusiastically talking with passing dogs, or spending time with Tweedle Dee (Alyssa Albright, LMSW, CAADC).

Rachel also acts as our grossly under qualified, but extremely enthusiastic marketing manager; please reach out to her with any questions in this regard!

Meeting with Alyssa you can plan to feel comforted, accepted, and empowered from day one. She creates a therapeutic relationship that encourages confidence, growth, and healing through connection.
